
Frank used our Hot Italian sausage to take 2nd Place in the Anything Goes category of the 2008 Frisco BBQ Challenge in June.
Frank said: We lost to a kebob of Lobster, Filet Mignon, Crab, JalapeƱo Popper, and Shrimp---all one skewer. The judges literally laughed when they told us that in spite of those pricey ingredients we nearly beat them with your Hot Italian Sausage, Sam's Club bread and our special sauce. Judges said your sausage was good and our Roasted Red Pepper sauce was unique and superb.
