When will my order arrive?
To ensure your order arrives fresh and cold, it is vacuum packed, flash-frozen, and then loaded into a foam cooler. Additionally, we line the cooler with a respective amount of dry ice, which evaporates throughout the journey to you. Due to federal regulations on shipping with dry-ice, we only offer UPS ground shipping in the contiguous US.
Once your order is placed, our team will evaluate the time needed to get the product to you safe and cold. As UPS doesn’t operate in all areas on Saturdays & Sundays, shipments may be delayed by up to a week in order to ensure your order arrives safe and timely.
