Hot Italian Sausage and Barley Soup
Ingredients
1 lb. BOULDER SAUSAGE brand Hot Italian Ground Sausage
1 Green Pepper chopped
1 Onion chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp Basil
3 cans Beef Broth
2 cans Water
1 cup Barley
Preparation
- Brown and drain the BOULDER SAUSAGE–should be very little fat.
- Add all ingredients together, bring to a fast boil. Simmer for 30 minutes
